Need Volume, Issue & Number for Serial Control

Dear SDC,

Serial Control module needs to be updated as the module is not serving the purpose in a complete way. It should include Volume Number, Issue Number, Number and Status of Arrival. While adding new subscription, it can be set the numbering pattern like Volume-issue-number, volume-number, number, season, year, month and/or like this. It is better, if it can be set the starting volume no., issue no.& no. and then it will automatically calculate the next arrival.

The information is also needed to be shown on OPAC i.e.: if the record is a serial publication, opac will show it's volume no., issue no., no. and status.

Hope, SDC will take it seriously and update the module as soon as possible.

it's already there, in the input bibliography form and the input item data form.
